The UK Debtline is a privately run business that charges a fee for its services. This is because it does not receive funding from the government nor does it act as a charity that receives commissions from your creditors (your lenders)

A fee is only charged if the appropriate solution we recommend for your circumstances is handled by ourselves. We will inform you what the fee is for and details of all work we will carry out on your behalf. We will do this before we commence any work on your behalf. We will also review the solution recommended to make sure that if your circumstance change, that the appropriate advice is offered.
